Patrick Weaver, CFRE
Patrick Weaver is a thirteen-year career, nonprofit fundraising professional that respects the dignity and importance of every person. He performs the skillful knack of fundraising with trust, tact, dedication, zeal and optimism, while helping donors align altruistic desires with organization vision. He has extensive experience in the major gift phase and annual fund process as well as planned giving and volunteer coordination. Patrick is very familiar with nonprofit-board governance, marketing and strategic planning. He is especially familiar with church hierarchy and religious order governance.
Patrick concluded a twenty-year career at American Airlines in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX and returned to his alma mater Subiaco Academy in 1999 to lead the Admission Office and collaborate with the abbot and headmaster to raise funds at the all-boys Benedictine college prep boarding school. In 2003, he was recruited to lead the creation of a development and admissions office at Pope John Paul II High School, a new school in the Diocese of Nashville. In 2011, he facilitated a $2.7 million campaign to build an athletic complex at Pope John Paul II High School. He earned an MBA from the University of Dallas and taught Business Communication in the adult studies program at Aquinas College. He served on several strategic planning committees, created numerous marketing plans and met fundraising and admissions goals. Patrick served on Rotary and local chamber of commerce committees and finds time for golf, tennis, cycling and gardening.
Patrick attends Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Hendersonville, TN. He lives in Hendersonville with his wife Jo Lind. Patrick is based in Nashville, TN and serves the Mid-Atlantic region.
